Hi,

Is it possible to use my predefined replies with Kayako Mobile?

If not, is there any plans to add this feature?

Currently this is not possible, and it isn't in our immediate plans, but we'd definitely take it into consideration if you'd be so kind as to file a feature request in the bug tracker.

I went over to try, but then it looked like i would have to register again.

I'm afraid that is too much work for me.

Probably doesn't help my chances of ever seeing the feature, but I will watch the announcements.

90% of our replies are based of predefined responses, can't use the mobile app until that is in.
