When I sync, it says: Failed to parse XML Error: A <ticket> tag was not properly closed enREDados, Servicios Informáticos, S.L. Which version of SupportSuite are you running, not which version of KayakoMobile -------------------------------------------------------------------

i have the same problem on the newest WM 2003 Version of Kayako Mobile with eSupport 3.10.02. i tryed also some older version for WM2003 but always the same error like the thread starter here. |
