Problem with the KayakoMobile Sync

Hi,
I have HTC TYTN with Windows Mobile 6.
When i try to sync the program i got a error msg:
"Unable to access the appropriate network connection. Error 0x00000024"
There is any solution?

Did you upgrade the TyTN yourself to Windows Mobile 6? Is it just since you did this?

Also, are you able to actually go onto Internet Explorer on the device and access the internet?

Have a Windows 6 Mobile, and was coming up with the same issue.

"Unable to access the appropriate network connection Error 0x000000024"

The Mobile is a Jasjam also known as HTC TyTN

On this version (Telstra install a proxy). Turned off proxy and Kayako Mobile works fine.

Just adding this, in case someone else comes across the thread, especially as this one appears to have "dead ended"

do you have the device connect trought USB ? Maybe it have some problem choosing between the data connection and the computer connection (it can use both of them)

I have a Kaiser(htc tytn II) too and I'm using Kayako Mobile without any problems. I have WM 6.1
