I'm using 3.4.10 Hi, For over a year now I've used the /pda folder for providing support when I'm out and about. I've been testing the kayako mobile beta 5 on my Windows mobile PDA. The same issue in both the pda interface and the mobile interface (otherwise brilliant) makes it unusable. Here's my setup (briefly). Customers raise tickets by writing to support@mydomain.com or via their browser. I get notifications sent to me at blackhole@mydomain.com Through the normal browser login staff desk, or through email replies to their support tickets, the response they get comes from support@mydomain.com. So, when they reply it gets logged to the ticket thread. GREAT. Not so with /pda or the mobile interface. When they receive my support replies, the email comes to them from blackhole@mydomain.com So, when they reply via email it doesn't go near the kayako desk and ends up in my inbox at blackhole@mydomain.com That's a disaster and totally unprofessional. Unless I've got a setup issue wrong, I would strongly suggest that this is a MAJOR bug that needs looking at and I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned before (which makes me think I'm doing something wrong in my setup). ???? |

This bug is fixed in the CVS and Unstable builds available at the Members Area. I would recommend using the .51 Unstable build. Regards, -------------------------------------------------------------------
