Syncing freezes - 10-10-2006, 03:47 PM

When I sync via a broadband connection on my Verizon TREO 700w, the application says it is "Parsing Tickets" gets to 100% and seems to freeze. If I select OK KayakoMobile asks me if I want to exit, I select no and it is still "Parsing at 100%".

Then if you try to see what is running, use the phone or access the "Windows menus" it hangs...and KayakoMogile is no longer running. Then if you restart KayakoMobile it is still stuck at "Parsing 100%"

I have had to do a soft restart a few times to get this to work...

Also, I have a feeling it might be due to the actual ticket data from your server and the app is choking on it. If you could provide me login credentials for your server I will see if I can duplicate it here, and if I can, then I can narrow down the cause.

You can just e-mail me the credentials and include the link to this thread so I know what bug I am trying to look at.

I am unable to reproduce any failing behavior here; the synchronization was slow, but never froze up.

What are the specs of your device?
