Unhappy Ticket parsing error - 17-03-2008, 09:46 AM

I'm using the 3.1.3.7-ALPHA version on WM2003. While I've had Kayako Mobile for some time, this is the first I've actually tried to use it, now that our helpdesk is finally up and running.

At the end of a sync, I get the following error:

One or more SQL errors occurred while parsing tickets and adding them to the database...
The error log is filled with entries such as:

INSERT INTO customfielddata VALUES
(56,,,,)
Custom fields are obviously the culprit, and they aren't appearing on the New Ticket pages either. I've already updated a bunch of files to do with Kayako Mobile from the 26 February CVS.

Any advice?

I am sure I read Ryan saying custom fields were not currently working due to the server side part of it not being complete.

Guys, it looks like there was a half-implementation on the server-side that I did not know about -- look at /modules/tickets/functions_mobile.php starting at line 422.

Comment that out until line 447 and you should stop receiving the errors.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I'm working with Varun to make sure the full implementation is done soon.
