Pocket IE does well with handling the interface as well, on both QVGA but particularly VGA screens.

I dont need Kayako Mobile for Tickets, i can access the staff area just fine with Pocket Explorer or Opera. I need the winapp to be Windows Mobile, just like you have Im mobile, Messenger Mobile why could there not be a Winapp Mobile.
I really starting to consider switching to support via MSN sine there is a mobile version for it. Kayako Chat will only work on PC and nothing more.

Oh right, I see what you mean. Please take a look at LiveChat on smartphone (Windows Mobile 5/6) where it is being discussed.

Is it not an idea to have a list from pda/phones where all can see which will work?

Just a suggestion.
