Hi, The staff ticket list contains a few date based columns, such as 'last activity' and 'last staff reply'. The text in these columns changes color depending on the age of the value. So for instance: < 1 Min; green < 1 Hour; blue < 1 Day; orange > 1 Day; red This was a useful nugget of information that I had the raise a support ticket to find out. It maybe worth adding to the 'Ticket listing' section of the manual. Rob |
