It is a good suggestion though Kayako only charges the Branding Free option to remove the copyright information only from the software. I do not believe it covers documentation. Hi ehoffman, The documentation that you can give to your client users on how to use the client support interface will be available branding free. However, branding removal of the staff and admin control panel is something yet to be decided. -------------------------------------------------------------------

oh no they never told me from the support manual but when I bought the branding free they sent me directions on how to remove the branding but not for the Staff or Admin CP I had to contact them for instructions on that....
