My question: Do you personally have a use for static documentation -if- an online version was available (such as in a Wiki or searchable website?). Please vote -------------------------------------------------------------------

voted for No, I do not. I will just use the online version. I prefer to use online versions (like wiki ones) because i know that it'll be up to date. But there should be an "export to pdf - or something like that" feature -- Lurking around there -- |

I voted and feel the same as Antoine...It would be good if you could export to pdf if need be but an online one I think would probably allow for much more such as formatting and interactive help with links to tutorials etc...

Online version for me too. Not a fan of any other way. The online version should have GOOD search functionality though.

Printable PDF - By far the best.... Searchable stuff is good for the end users quick lookups... |

Onlne docs need to be accessible to all of the people who run the client. At the moment I mirror the PDF and CHM docs in the intranet and point people to them. It would be nice to be able to point them to continually updated documents. Format preference : html, please. For downloads, html.tar.gz or similar. |

Does it actually matter Jamie? I thought you were providing PDF and Wiki anyway.

I prefer all manuals at minimum to be in a PDF type format. Find it easier and simpler to get what your looking for. Other means such as Wiki's are good but still always expect a PDF version.

I can't really vote........I like the idea of having a pdf saved on my computer (in case the website is down), as well as having an online manual for the majority of my use.
