Documentation for Staff users - 13-08-2008, 11:08 AM

I wish there were a getting started guide that I could have handed to my techs. (a Staff CP centric doc)

Hi Casey,

We will soon be working on one (both for administrators setting up SupportSuite) and staff users getting used to the staff control panel. Our documentation package will be refreshed soon, and this will be a part of it.

Since, I could not find any particular manual that can fit only for Staffs, I have stripped only the staff part of the all manual and made a separate PDF and given them to all the staff.
