Good day, having read the manual im pretty happy with how to edit and and create things. The one thing im missing is an explanation on what certain things are.. for example whats a template group do? How are departmentsBest used in a hierarchical structure to organise a support site? is there a user guide and not an admin guide?  sorry to be a pain.. |

Hi Ross, You will find fairly detailed explanations such as the one you are asking for in the 'Administrator control panel' section of the user manual; particularly at the 'top' of each section (as below):  -------------------------------------------------------------------
