Download CHM: http://docs.kayako.net/staffcp/Kayak..._CHM_1.5.0.chm Download PDF: http://docs.kayako.net/staffcp/Kayako_SupportSuite_Staff_Control_Panel_Manual_PDF _1.5.0.pdf This update features complete documentation of the Teamwork modules (such as task list, events, appointments and contacts) as well as ongoing updates to old documentation (yes - it's old already!) and clear screen-diagrams. Also, as you can see - PDF issues are reaching resolution but are not quite perfect, yet. Based on user feedback, I will be including more screenshot-based documentation with call outs and pointers. Feedback welcome  -------------------------------------------------------------------

All document features except for a product description and FAQ section have been added. An FAQ section will eventually be added. In place of this (for now), please see the visual FAQ titled Interface Quickreference. Please note this document is still undergoing proof reading (spelling, grammar and accuracy). -------------------------------------------------------------------
