Jamie,

I have to say its a big improvement, just having the Staff Manual at all.

I'm looking forward to the other manuals.

David

I'm glad to see an improvement to the docs. The overall improvement in Kayako as a product, support and docs has been great.

disagree, the product need more improvements especially live chat, its routing need to be changed instead of showing alert to operators per alphabetic order.
they also need to read our suggestions and give us answers.

Hi everyone, thank you for your comments regarding the products.

Your suggestions, comments and critiques are read and are heard. I admit, that due to time constraints of the developers, there has been little activity on the forums and many feature requests may have seem to have gone unnoticed.

However, things are changing as far as the forum, bug tracker and soon-to-be Wiki are concerned. The bug tracker will be cleaned up (and likely replaced with an easier to use and maintain) version, and the forums will be better organized so to be able to track suggestions more efficiently.

At the end of each month, I will be putting together a report of forum activity, feature suggestions and things to chase up for all of the developers so we have a record of what needs to be done, if it was not done during the month.

The forums will still not be an official place for support, but people like myself, a few other staff members and of course community members can help troubleshoot issues, as so on.

Thanks,

Jamie Edwards (jamie.edwards ]at[ kayako.com)
