User manual for Current version

Hello,

Could someone tell me where to find the user manual that matches the version I want to use?

I downloaded version 3.30.02 but the manual that is included in the download is from version 3.10.02. This looks like it might be a few years old?

V3 manual is general to all versions really. Latest is at Redirecting
