| Access SLA based on list of users emails (big list) -

How we can assign different SLAs based on users email? Especially, if it a big list of emails.
Let me explain. We sell software and have a big lists (thousands and more) emails of registered users emails (buyers). We want to assign different SLA for registered users and for other users (trial, pre-sales, etc). But we can't find how to do it in eSupport.
One thing I can find - parser rules (filter by sender email), but it allow to enter emails in one inputx box field and enter thousands of emails in it are problematic.
How we can solve this problem in eSupport?
