Before I begin with what we want I just want to give a quick rundown of what we have in place. Our customers go to our web-site and fill out a warranty form, they click the submit button and this form sends an email to warranty@domain.com (we have a mail parser setup). That email comes in to the ticket system and sends the user their email detailing their ticket number, login, etc etc (email_autoresponder). What I am trying to accomplish is how can we add the body of that email into the email_autoresponder template so that when the auto responder sends the user their email detailing ticket number and login info they can just print out that sheet of paper and send the ticket information as well as the information in the body of the email. Cheers! |
