Adding a field (Ticket List) - 22-05-2009, 07:01 PM

In the Ticket List is it possible to add the E-mail field that appears in the hover over in replace of the "Last Replier" field? I'd like to see who submitted the ticket without hovering or opening the ticket.

Anyone know what the variable is for the email field? I'm sure I can make it work if I have the variable name.

I do not think this is currently possible. You will have to edit the software source code to get this working.

Is it possible to change things if I don't have an access to the server? Just to panel itself.
