Hi there, I am afraid that it is not possible for an administrator user to change this schedule. Personal staff schedules are not very well integrated, but this is something that we will see changed in V4. Until then, the only really applicable schedules are those for your departments (for use with SLA plans). -------------------------------------------------------------------
