Question Administratively Change Staff Work Schedules - 20-11-2007, 02:10 PM

Hi,

I was curious if there was a way that an admin user could change the individual work schedules of the staff members? Typically users login to the following:

Login to the Staff CP:
Staff CP > Preference > Work Schedule

This will allow the user/staff member to adjust their own work schedule. I am curious if an admin user in the Admin CP would be able to make adjustments to the staff work schedules?

Hi there,

I am afraid that it is not possible for an administrator user to change this schedule. Personal staff schedules are not very well integrated, but this is something that we will see changed in V4.

Until then, the only really applicable schedules are those for your departments (for use with SLA plans).
