Alerts outside of "working hours" - 19-08-2008, 02:22 PM

Can I choose not to receive alerts if it is outside my working hours, specified in the user preferences?

Here is my situation:
We have an office in the US and an office in the UK, we have a helpdesk user at each.
We only want to receive the alerts for the time we are here, so I want to receive them while I'm at work in the UK and once I go home they start going to the US, then when I start work again they are switched back to me.

Can this be done?

I don't think this is currently possible.

I found a way of achieve thing using overdue times and ticket notifications. Not sure it would work when you have two seperate time zones unfortunately
