Make sure the setting "Post Text Conversion" under - Admin CP > Settings > Tickets > General Ticket Settings is set to "Strip Tags" as well

The issue is with the email template body tag. Change it from body to .body and it should fix the issue.

I posted a fix in this message: Escape HTML in help desk -- NOT HARD !!! But it seems Kayako have never implemented it. I don't mind HTML tags as long as they don't screw up the browser (LiveResponse just uses IE). This is VERY VERY VERY simple to implement and almost a no-brainer... maybe one of the developers will read this and add this logic to the email parser. Cliff. |
