Allowing access to chat history - 26-11-2007, 09:38 AM

How do you allow access to chat history for someone who is not a member of Live Chat department? There is an option "Can View Live Support Tab" at group edit page, but enabling it doesn't help, since user is not member of any live chat departments and chat history don't show anything.

I do not believe this is possible. To view the livechat history the user should be assigned to the Live Chat department.
