Question Any workaround so that I can submit tickets on behalf of my clients? - 08-05-2008, 04:25 AM

Hi,

Hello everyone.
Anyone knows a way to submit ticket on behalf of clients? Sometimes they just call in and no time for ticket submission for our tracking purpose. It will be good if we can submit the ticket under client's account, but probably with a default indication always attached in the ticket showing that ticket is submited by support staff on behalf of client...and of course, by using support staff's log in ID instead of client's IDs.

This sound pretty sophisticated...Hope someone can give me some advice...
