| Assign a mail queue to a specific department -

Hi,
Let's say we have a mail queue (support@xxx.com) set for a specific department, "Support L1".
Then we create another department, "Support L2", which doesn't use email queue, the tickets are assigned from "Support L1" to "Support L2" manually when necessary.
However when the staff from "Support L2" wants to reply to a ticket, how do we specify that the email used will be the same as "Support L1" and how can we designate a predefined signature since it doesn't have a specific mail queue assigned to it?
I hope this isn't confusing, but this part of Kayako still confuses me.
