Question attachments - 14-05-2009, 09:15 PM

Having brain burp here...I'm able to create a ticket and upload attachments via Support Center. But inside the STAFF panel if i create a new ticket and try to upload attachments (same type same files as support center) the ticket gets created and no attachments.

What am I missing? I'm not restricting attachments types etc...
