Auto forwarding tickets based on email Subject - 24-05-2007, 10:14 PM

I believe I figured this out in a previous version of kayako's support suite but can't seem to figure it out in the latest version. I want to have a regular incoming ticket automatically move to a section based on text in the subject of the message.

Any ideas? It's probably simple and I'm just missing it.

This is probably found within the post parse section of the email rules found within the mail parser section of the admin CP.

This is found under Parser Rules under the Mail Parser.

Yes, I found it. It has to be a post parse rule (i was seeing the pre parse ones).
