| Auto send a KB article or predefined reply when closing a ticket -

Hi!
When we close a ticket, is there anyway that we can have Kayako attach a predefined reply or Knowledgebase article to the ticket?
What I am trying to do is this:
I have created a predefined reply that contains a link to a survey that we would like our customers to take. When I close the ticket, I would like this predefined reply to be attached automatically to the ticket and sent to the customer.
Can this be done?
