"Automatically Add CC Users As Recipients" doesn't work? - 06-01-2008, 09:24 PM

I don't want mail sent as Carbon Copy to the mail queue end up in the tickets. I set "Automatically Add CC Users As Recipients" to No (Admin CP, Settings, Tickets). Still mail sent as CC shows up in tickets. Do I have to do something else to disable it?

Which version of Kayako are you using?

Thanks God, one live soul finally showed any interest to my question. I have been beating my head against this problem for three month. I use the owned version of SupportSuite and it is Version 3.11.01

It would be best just to subscribe to the bug tracker entry; it will be fixed and when it is you will receive an automatic alert. Creating tickets relating to the same issue will complicate things

By the way, do I have to register separately for the bug tracker? I can't seem to login.

Yes, the bug tracker is a completely separate system from all other Kayako systems, and needs a separate login, as far as I can remember.

Just wondering if there was any progress with bug or issue #310 Auto Add CC users Ticket Parser
It has been reported long time ago and still in the investigating status. Our SupportSuite staff is very frustrated about this disadvantage.
