Autoreply vacation - 06-09-2007, 02:47 PM

How to i for 1 deptartment use an autoreply ?

i want 1 dept to have a we are closed until xx auto reply .. all others are autoreply off by default as i can't seem to be able to make one per dept.

This isn't currently possible as the autoresponder deals with all departments.

You could change the code though as you have the owned licence with 98% source code. If you need assistance with this, check the marketplace board on this forum.

Well actually it is very much possible to set autoreplies per department by editing the autoresponder template in this fashion:

IF
<{$ticket[department]}> == "Sales"
Sales autoresponder
ELSE
General Autoresponder
END IF
