Autoresponder 'reply from' - How to change? - 01-12-2007, 02:31 PM

If a customer sends in an email which is piped into the StaffCP, the customer gets an automatic reply (good),

but the "From" column in their email client shows just "Sales" or whatever is the name of the first(?) Department in Kayako (I think).

How do I change it so that the "From" is labelled as something more friendly and unique, like "Sales (ourcompany)" or my name?

Anyone got any ideas about this?

There must surely be some way of making the reply more friendly & meaningful?

You can set this in the email queue:
Admin CP > Mail Parser > Manage Email Queue > Queue Overrides > From Name
