Ok, so I've set up an autoresponder for a new department, it works great if you email it directly, for example our main one would be IT@domain.com and our new one would be AP@domain.com and if you email either directly, you get a perfect email. If you however, go to our supportsuite website and create an email without registering, even though you pick a department, and the ticket is create in the right queue, it send a generic autoresponder. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks much Amy |
