Blank page

We have been using Kayako helpdesk for a few years and have thousands of tickets.

Last day the system just stopped working, index.php just leavs a blank page, it seems like its swift.php that just returns an empty page.

* Zend is working (have tried with a testpage)
* Database connection works
* PHP is working

Any one have a clue why?

Sorry for bothering you, found the problem. Deleted alll files in the cache directory, system now up and running.

Thanks for sharing the solution to the problem; sounds a weird one. Did your host update PHP without notifying you, by any chance?

That often happens with servers that run control panel software as the software updates PHP minor releases automatically and sometimes breaks things manually set by the sys admin.
