I'm confused... I am an admin, and we have sla/escalations set up that an unresponded ticket for 16 hours ends up belonging to our manager.. I log in under him and see all tickets... But I log in under myself, another admin, and I see a count of the tickets on the left side but absolutely none of are actually listed. I echo'ed the query and it seemed to always look for ownerid IN (0, [my id])... despite "view all" or anything. I see new tickets coming in no problem. What's going on?
