I have set the option
Send Complete History in Staff Replies to Yes in my AdminCP which quotes all of the staff replies in a ticket, however i would like the change two things about it.
First of all, i would like to reverse the order that the quotes are in. So that the most recent reply is at the top (much like an email thread between two people)
I would also like to include all of my clients replies in the quoting.
Basically, i want to make my ticket replies look similar to that of an email message between two users.
Can anyone tell me what i have to change, even if its some files, to get this working?
