Change the ticket priority levels? - 11-05-2009, 04:37 PM

Hello,
By default Kayako has 6 ticket priority levels: low, medium, high, urgent, critical and emergency.

I'm wondering if there's a way to change/remove some of these levels? I'd like it to possibly be low, medium, high and then emergency - but cannot see a way to change this.

Any help would be appreciated

Admin CP -> Tickets -> Manage Priorities - should be what you are looking for!
