When a user hits the submit ticket feature. I have two departments that will be listed for them to choose. By default, it has the second one selected. Is there a way to make it default to the first one? |

Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Groups -> Settings on the group you want to edit the default for -> Default Department Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
