Or, if you didn't want to modify the application at all you could simply add a .htaccess file to your root directory that denies all access to any files within that directory (however, maky sure it is not a recursive denial - i.e. you can still access your /staff/, /admin/, /includes/ folders etc.). -------------------------------------------------------------------
