Clientexec Loginshare

Hi Fellas

I'm having some troubles with Clientexec Loginshare

This is what I did:

1- I set clienteexec in loginshare
Hostname: MySQL IP Server
DB Name: Clientexec Database
DB User: Clientexec User
DB Password: Clientexec User password
Table Prefix: I leaved empty because my clientexec databases doesn't has

2- I created a new template group and set Clientexec as login method

3- I created a new clientexec user

I can login to clientexec but not to kayako,

What I'm doing wrong?

I double check users and passwords ( I took the infor from clientexec config file)

My database accept remote conections

Are you adding index.php?group=groupnamehere

Ok is working now

My mistake was to set Restrict Users Group to "Yes" in that template group, I changed to "No" and everything is OK
