I developed this LoginShare but no longer have access to ClientExec builds to confirm it still works. I have PMed you my email address. If you could provide me with a database dump / export of your users table in ClientExec and also provide me with a sample username and password that you have confirmed you can login to the frontend of ClientExec with, I will take a look and update the LoginShare if needed. That error likely means the authentication isn't working properly so I will need to make sure they haven't changed their password storing method (AGAIN, might I add!). In response to your PM, yes, just grab it from phpMyAdmin. Go into the users table and hit export. Select to GZip it to make it a smaller file. Also, could you please let me know which version of ClientExec you are using? Ok. That is fine. Just wanted to make sure I am updating it to the latest version. Anyway, I'll investigate as soon as I receive the database dump. Click here for Kayako Software Development My Addons: BlackBerry Ticket Client for Kayako - Windows Mobile Live Support Client for Kayako |

I have some bad news for you. The new hashing is MySQL's PASSWORD() function which doesn't have a PHP generation method. Because of this, a LoginShare cannot be created for the latest version.
