Currently we are creating Knowledgebase articles on a development installation of SupportSuite. Then when requested, I restore the Kayako_suite database onto the production database. This breaks the license key and an admin logs onto the application and fixes it. I also copy all the image files used by the articles to the production server. What tables do I need to copy if I only want to promote just the Knowledgebase articles to the production server? If after copying just these tables would I still need to have an admin reset the license key setting in the database? |

Easiest Way is to use Knowledge->Import/Export from Staff-Login. Pascal |

No such script is currently available. You will have to develop one yourself.
