hi there, 1- You can resend a registration email when you edit a user in the staff section. When your editing the user you have a few "User Options" to the left. The option you want is called Options, click this and you get the option to "resend registration email" 2- everytime i create a user in the staff section, there's an email sent to this user in the form of this: ------------------ Dear <FULL NAME>, You have now successfully registered at our Support Desk. Please refer to the following details: Fullname: <FULL NAME> Email: <E-MAIL> Password: <PASSWORD> You can visit the Support Desk at any time by going to http://support.YOURWEBSITE.nl/ Please do let us know if you have any questions. Thank You, <YOUR COMPANY> |

Also have a look at the general settings for User Registration (when logged in as an admin) Send Password in Auto Responder Message If Enabled, The system sends the User Password in the Auto Responder message that is dispatched to the user when they create a new ticket.
