Create a view of a company with ticket history - 13-02-2008, 07:29 PM

I currently cannot figure out how to search on a company. I would like to setup a view, by company/customer, a summary of the individual tickets they have opened, what notes we've posted on them, multiple system serial numbers, etc. Do I have to create a separate customer database, or is there a way to extract this info from Kayako?
