| Creating Contacts Upon first Ticket? -

Is there a way to have the system generate a contact each time a person sends in a support ticket?
Thus - customer sends in a Ticket
Contact is created
We or they can edit that contact info
If so:
Can we add fields to that contact page to track support items like licenses or serial numbers etc...
And will the contact field then be both:
searchable by staff
Able to track all future tickets under that contact
Any help would be appreciated. |
