| Custom field disply order -

I have figured out how to use custom fields but I would like to populate them in between the standard fields in Support Suite.
For example in Staff Ticket Creation I would like to have my custom fields for Instituion name and ID appear after the default "New Ticket" and before "Comments" groups. IS there anyway to do that, or can someone tell me how to modify the "New Ticket" part to add these two fields.
Ideally I would love a drop down list that pulls info from the contacts and auto populates but that maybe a pipe dream at this point. But I do need to associate the caller with their institution on this screen.
