Custom Registration Activated Email for different template groups

Hi,

I have many template groups and the URL to access the website is different for each template group.

Example: For my template groups TemplateGroupA, TemplateGroupB,TemplateGroupC, the url will be

https://support.testabc.com/?group=TemplateGroupA

https://support.testabc.com/?group=TemplateGroupB

https://support.testabc.com/?group=TemplateGroupC

When I create users in each of the template groups, an automated email is sent out to them with their login information.

The problem I'm trying to solve is that this email needs to specify a different text for users in each template group.

1. I traced that the language phrase used in this email is "registersuccess".

2.The %4$s has to be different for each template group.
3. If I create a new Phrase with the custom text, which template should I put the phrase into?
4. I looked at the templates under General for the template group, but could not find any of the templates using the language phrase registersuccess.

Admin CP>Templates>Manage Groups>TemplateGroupA>Templates>General

May be I'm missing something basic. Could someone help please?
