What's the best way to delete extremely old (more than 15 months) tickets, and everything related to them (notes, status changes, etc) - the database is starting to grow quite large, and we'd like to pare it down a bit. NOC Administrator FastServers.Net |

Which version of Kayako are you using? How big is your swparserlogdata and swparserlogs table?
