I am looking to get rid of the "Urgent", "Emergency", and "Critical" options for the priority options from the client "Submit a Ticket" area. I pretty much just have a use for "Low", "Medium" and "High". Thanks! |

Great thanks. Now customers can no longer decide that something is an emergency when something minor happens. |
