here is instruction on how to get the ticket back or delete it. Delete Lost Ticket ------------- 1) Open phpmyadmin 2) Browse swtickets table 3) select the X aka Delete button next to the ticket. Restore Lost Ticket --------------------- 1) launch phpmyadmin 2) open the swtickets table 3) Find a non-lost ticket and find the department id. 4) Now find the lost ticket and click on the penil aka edit button next to the ticket to edit it. and change the department id to the department id from step 3. There you just restored the Lost Ticket to the same department as the non-lost ticket you used for a reference. Digital Mayhem, Inc.
