Does anyone know how to disable this function? Or if it can't be done through settings maybe I should make some changes in templates? |

Are we talking about when users view a ticket they have already submitted? If so are you wanting to stop them editing these fields after they have submitted the ticket? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I'm talking about viewing a ticket in staff CP, you can delete and never know that there was a custom filed when user is viewing a ticket it can be blocked to edit each custom field - so this one is ok |
