disable in client are ticket status change - 04-08-2007, 02:17 PM

Hello:

Is there any way, in admin area to disable, where the customer is viewing a ticket via web, not allow him to change the status and priority ?

Under Users in the staff control panel, edit the Registered user group and disallow them from changing the ticket properties, as shown below.
